Robin Bradbery
My husband and I couldn't pass by this road cut just outside of Bandera, Texas without taking a peek. I'm glad we did. Most of our finds were common snails and clams but I found a decent urchin.

erose
Urchins: Picture four is Heteraster obliquatus and in number eight it is Coenholectypus planatus. And you have a fine mix of of gastropods, bivalves, forams and the round Porocystis algae fruits. That's a great area with some especially rich layers of the Glen Rose Formation exposed along the roads and streams. Good stuff, thanks for sharing.
