smt126
Is there a lot of garbage in the dredge piles? I was trying to read up on the project in the bay there, but couldn't find much other than propaganda for the project.

Occasionally I'll come across pieces of iron and wood debris, chunks of coal eroding out of the spoils material so obviously dredged off the bay floor. Sometimes larger pieces of debris obviously deposited by Hurricane Ike, but I've never come across "garbage" as in trash that was intended for a landfill.
