Can you put a ruler so we can know the size of these objects?

As for my input, I believe the round hole in the middle of the first object makes it man made. What do you guys think?

Keep looking! They're everywhere!

Given the size (first picture has it next to a TV remote ) it would be way too small to hold an umbrella. But perhaps a base for something. I think the second picture is the top, smoothed over and the first shot is where it was poured into a hole.

OK I missed the controler, not for umbrellas.  The hole could be where a piece of rebar was in the concrete for strengthening. Like in a bridge. Or where a pipe went through.

Still seeing concrete.

The bottom (if that's what the smooth side is?) Looks polished. Not what you'd expect from poured concrete. I'm leaning towards decorative stand of some sort. Does the hole go all the way through? Maybe an aquarium piece of some sort?

Good call...I agree.

It's an artifact, I agree. The lower surface (as the base) shows clearly that the support has to be a non-adherent, uniform, hard material, such as glass, which holds the successive layer pouring with the hole in the middle, mimicking an aquatic concretionary form, or something like coral (I could see the septa), familiar to fishes.
I'm wondering, why someone could put this "thing" at the lake in middle Tennessee? Trying to make some confusion? :)

All kinds of weird stuff finds its way into water sheds. Somebody might have purposely dumped it there or used it as a fishing weight or who knows how. But I have found junk in lakes and rivers that I have no idea how it got there.  Maybe you can use it as an unusual display mount. Be creative!

I agree there look like to have calcite, thought i'm not an expert, and something caught in the side of it. Maybe someone took mud and used to make an artifact for the decoration of an aquarium.
