What ocean was it dredged up from?

Also, what is the length of the bone?

While we wait, can you give us the measurements of the item?

Length, width at both ends, circumfrence of the shaft?

Maybe a humerus? I'm no expert in this.

Super easy - this is a walrus (Odobenus) humerus. Angel, where was this dredged from? It could potentially be a pretty important specimen. The deltoid insertion laying off to the side of the deltopectoral crest is the slam-dunk feature.

Thank you Boesse! I am feeling smart today! I wasn't sure...but I used the distinctive curvature and a few well placed key words, and came up with thus...keep in mind that according to my time zone, it is currently 6:58 pm. Screenshot_20170109-185523.png

Boesse it was dredged up in the Atlantic Ocean about 30 miles off shore.
