It's not a tooth, ... as there is no enamel present, and no real tooth morphology - blade, root, etc. This looks like a Concretion, to me. The concentric formation of the piece, and the cracked piece of "rind" , are both classic indications of a concretion. Neat stone, though - Keep looking.
