Also, I agree with JohnJ, that flint can have a variety of inclusions, not in all cases a fossil; but I can't rule out the possibility of my initial thought, considering these drawings (especially sample c): There is certainly a similarity. The flint is Upper Cretaceous though and I don't think there are any crinoids like that of that age. Banded flint is very good at being pseudofossils.
