I find that an exacto knife can work well on 18" fish as well.  They can make life a bit easier on a project like this.

One day late, but here's a little something.

 

I am trying a few few different things, and thought a short Timelapse would be fun. I apologize if it is a little wobbly, it's because I was holding the phone in one hand while I prepped with the other
