So i have lived in Calvert all my life and just stumbled across the forum the other day and decided to join to share like so many others these are a few of my finds from the last season the big meg and ecphora are from the last month of cold weather collecting month or so.

Nothing resets the mood more than just walkin the cliffs darctooth ive been lucky that my parents were both federal employees and i am so close to the cliffs and  thanks for the warm welcome everybody

Wow!

 

That large meg is huge for Calvert Cliffs. The large one in the upper right in the 4th picture is my favourite. Beautiful enamel and serrations.

Thanks for sharing. That big one is a Chesapeake Bay monster!  Bet you just about lost it when that thing popped up!  

Luck is the most important skill of a fossil diver.

Nice finds!  I hunt the cliffs near plum point as well. Usually in between neeld estates and dares beach.
