The Winner of the January 2017 Vertebrate Find Of The Month is the Allodesmus kernensis mandible with an upper incisor and a cetacean vertebra from the Middle Miocene Round Mountain Silt of California, USA!  Congratulations to Tony on an incredible find and his second win in the contest!!!

I would never have thought I could win a VFOTM here on TFF, let alone 2 of them.:faint:

I can only assume Ynot bribed the judges....

Therefore the prize shall be forfeited and the fossil sent to my bookshelf as punishment :P

I supposed too that Ynot was for something there, he doubtless helped you by telling you in the ear by which end to begin the preparation !
