Kane
Looks like a bivalve (cast?) to me, and maybe relatively recent, albeit weathered. The others will chime in with their expertise soon. Vieira
My guess it is Bivalve too... I have some doubts if it is fossilized. It helps if you know the age of the sediments where you find it.

Kane
It can be a challenge with photos, but I agree with @Vieira that these don't seem fossilized. They do, however, seem quite weathered and a bit sediment encrusted. I found this document with a few possibly helpful maps of the geology of Sardinia: http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/17445647.2015.1084544 1 ...How to Philosophize with a Hammer
