Janneke
Hey everyone, I've found this piece of bone last year at the "maasvlakte 2" in the Netherlands. (did see a post from max fossils who did explain really nice where this is :-D Link here) Since then I'm trying to figure out what it is and to who it did belong (not that I'm returning it ) Are you guys able to help me out? The size is in centimeters Thanks!
ynot
Looks fishy to Me, but I doubt there is enough to ID. Tony Darwin said: " Man sprang from monkeys." Will Rogers said: " Some of them didn't spring far enough." My Fossil collection - My Mineral collection My favorite thread on TFF.
Janneke
Thank you Tony for trying to help me out. Was afraid as well it's too small to ID. The characteristics though, makes me hopeful. Someone asked me if it could be a turtle bone? I'll keep on searching!
