Barasingha
Both items are from Miocene period. Is the top item a crocodile tooth? It is 1 1/4" long and about 3/8" wide on the bottom. The bottom item is 3/4" long and about 3/8" wide on the bottom. Thanks in advance.

Max-fossils
I can't help much, but I know that what will help the others is knowing where you found it. I don't agree though with @Jdeutsch's statement of the smaller thing being a crab pincer; in my opinion it looks more like a tooth of something. I agree with your guess of the top one being a croc tooth, but I really won't be able to say what species. Wait till the more experienced chime in! Guguita2104
The biggest one really looks like a crocodylomorph tooth.Unfortunately I can't provide further taxonomic details. Regards,
