RandyB
Took advantage of the mid-60's sunny forecast Saturday for a drive down to Ramanessin Brook in NJ. Nothing special, seemed to be mostly fragments and there were lots of footprints along the banks, but it was still enjoyable to be outside enjoying the winter reprieve. Tiny sawfish (Ischyrhiza mira) rostral tooth, front looks good, but back is busted up (scale = quarter inch squares) Tiny ammo fragment (front & back)

RandyB
Trevor, I started upstream of the gravel bar we were at. Most of the finds came from the downstream edge of a deep pool though I walked and sifted my way all the way back downstream. I did try a few screens at the bar we were at, but didn't find much. Many of the gravel beds have shifted significantly since we were there. The gravel bed where I had the best luck last year was almost entirely gone.
