Hi guys,

Haven't been on here in a while, so here are a few of the things I have acquired over the past few weeks.

Along with these I also have St.Petersburg fossils that I will post later as I don't have pictures of them yet.

The first image are some neat ammonoids preserved in hematite, love these guys although I do not have a precise ID for them.

Next is a cool Hexagonaria sp. That I was able to get for really cheap.

Then some cambrian brachiopods from Utah Schizambon typicalis.

And finally an Ellipsocephalus hoffi from the Czech republic.

Very nice indeed. :)

I really must get hold of some of those brachiopods, they're great.

The goniatite could be Prionoceras from the Erfoud area of Morocco.

Or not.

I think kdfossils might have some on online,

They are pretty neat.

Nice batch of acquisitions... I've got a Utah Cambrian brach and of course the Ellipsocephalus, but still need to get me one of those St. Petersburg trilo and a cystoid. I've seen them around but haven't managed to pull the trigger yet.

Any idea where the Hexagonaria is from?

I am guessing it may be from Michigan but it came with no label and the seller didn't know much about any of the fossils he had.

I had a big batch waiting on me today after being gone a week.  Posted the other 3 cool deliveries in their own posts but I will put my 2.2 inch Mossasaur tooth here.  It's not spectacular, but I liked the size of it.

This is a cool one for me. I have never seen a gastropod from Mazon Creek before (probably just haven't looked hard enough), and saw this nodule with two of them listed for only $12 and snapped it up real quick. Sold as Strobeus cf. primogenius.

Wow! That's wonderful.

And bargain of the week too!
