Fossildude19
I'm sorry you are not having much luck with trading here. Not everyone may collect what you desire to trade, and not everyone wishes to own what you have to trade. Also, many members here from the USA may not be willing to pay the postage to Europe. Echinoids are more of a niche fossil to collect. The are not nearly as poplular as shark teeth, trilobites, or dinosaur material. 2 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." Fossildude19
While we do host a large international membership, I would say a larger amount of the membership is located in North America - The USA, and Canada. Many people who collect fossils are more specific in their collecting habits, and Trilobites, Crabs, and polished or halved ammonites are the more sought after invertebrate specimens. We all have our likes and dislikes. Perhaps your trade material is just not that popular with much of our membership. To each his own. 2 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks." Of the last 10 trade topics, 5 of these were initiated by European members - excluding the OP’s, and both the secret santa and 1-4-1 trade (both of which involved international participants). caldigger
I myself do quite a lot of transactions to Europe and surrounding countries. But postage from the US seems to be considerably more expensive to EU than it is coming from there to the US. I have to say, there is a huge number of members in here from all points of the globe, so your item is being seen by them as well. Be patient, maybe someone will see this thread in the near future and what you have will be exactly what they are looking for. I have seen some threads from years past get replied to with the question..."Do you still have this to trade? I'm interested".

That's right, the cost of postage from the US to EU is more expensive than the contrary, whatever US state it comes from. "On ne voit bien que par le coeur, l'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux." Yes John, I think for me to sent a small Priority package to Europe costs around $37.00 US and to send a medium Priority package costs around $65.00- I believe my numbers are pretty close.
