Hi.  I found this in South Yorkshire, UK in the Pennine Middle Coal Measures formation (Upper Carboniferous.)  Is it a Coprolite?

It looks like a piece of chert or flint. Much better pictures would be in order here.

Hi.  Thanks for the replies.  I'll take some better pictures later.  It is preserved in a concretion rather than Flint or Chert.  In the same concretions I found a lot of plant fossils.
