What are some of the weirdest fossil vertebrates?

This is by far the weirdest vertebrate I've encountered...

Confused, well sometimes excessive ingestion of hot sauce coupled with fumes from fossil glue can cause that.

 

You were correct in one sense though - that horn has a lot of backbone. It's a 1932 vintage Conn in silver plate. She can moan, cry and scream like a banshee. Her name is Lillian.
