LordTrilobite Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 The most unique bone on mosasaur skulls are the quadrates. Luckily you have it on your skull. Except it's mounted backwards. I'm thinking you might have swapped the left and right quadrates and mounted them backwards. The little hook should be pointing backwards. The quadrate looks more like Eremiasaurus than Prognathodon. but I don't have enough experience to say that conclusively. sseth Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 The teeth do not look Prognathodon to me. Prognathodon teeth are typically a bit more flattened. These appear more cone-like.
