Hi there .. it could also be a well worn and broken lower Hemipristis serra tooth. I find broken ones like this fairly often. The size is right too.

Yeah .. sorry .. I should have clarified visually. Sometimes if you don't stare at these things all day long like some kind of blood-hound the rest of the world just thinks you are a bit crazy and doesn't see what you see ... but I digress. haha

 

Good news is .... you are in the right spot.  The scent is strong !
