abyssunder Posted March 27, 2017 Share Posted March 27, 2017 Not clearly visible anything of the 'support matrix', except the pectinid valve fragments, and due to the erosion level is really hard to distinguish the septa of the individual corallites, although they look to be present. What's sure, it was exposed to the direct sunlight, making the photosynthesis possible.The other one could be Exogyra lower valve. Side views of both specimens might help.
