Nothos
Really beautiful fossil. Maybe can we have informations on the species ? The size ? The prep methode ? Anything can be interesting. Thanks for sharing your work

Fruitbat
Great prep work on a great specimen! Those teeth look remarkably horse-like but they look surprisingly advanced for an Eocene horse! Looking forward to learning the identity! -Joe Illigitimati non carborundum Fruitbat's PDF Library

Ptychodus04
Well done on the choice to leave it mounted on a matrix pedestal. That's a nice look. I like to do that when I have the opportunity. caterpillar
It's Plagiolophus sp from upper eocene (ludien) of southwest France. It's 230mm long. Certainly a new species because this outcrop is not described Prep with CP9361 and Wen 224 with binocular for the teeth and the details. Just a little bit formic acide for the finition The difficulty is that the bone is softer than the matrix and the enamel of teeth shatter like glass. So the binocular is essential A lot of work but the result is great Thanks for your compliments http://www.paleotheque.fr
RJB
Nice prep work, and like Kris, I too love the way you left some matrix for it to stand on. RB
