Wow! I am honored and humbled. Thanks to everyone for your support and kind comments. 

For most Mazon collectors, an amphibian is a once in a lifetime find. I am happy I am able to share it with others.

Since the original post, I had a friend of mine do a little cleaning and prep. You can now see more soft bodied preservation and what appears to be evidence of the digestive tract.

Here are a few updated pictures.

Great find, Rob! Congrats on the sweep this month. Thanks for letting us know there are some truly spectacular items still waiting to be uncovered in those Mazon Creek nodules.

I am a Mazon Creek fossil collector and that is an amazing find!  Congrats!  Definitely motivates me to get out in those woods and start collecting nodules!
