Hi all,

Is this a tiger shark? If so, from what species? For now I'm thinking Galeocerdo latidens, but I'm not sure...

It's from Balegem, Belgium (--> Lutetian, Eocene; 45 mya).

Thanks in advance,

Max

It' a bit weathered, but I would agree with Galeocerdo latidens because of the age and the wide root. But let's wait for experts :-)
