RickNC
I found this bone in a central FL river last week. I believe it is an ulna but I cannot find a good match for it. Other fossils found were primarily Pleistocene mammals. If I need better pictures I will try to post them, these were taken with phone. Thanks! abyssunder
Maybe this helps: excerpt from Atlas of Animal Bones. For Prehistorians, Archaeologists and Quaternary Geologists - Elisabeth Schmid; Elsevier, New York, 1972 " We are not separate and independent entities, but like links in a chain, and we could not by any means be what we are without those who went before us and showed us the way. abyssunder
It could be that. Here are some comparative pictures from different sources (arctos?): " We are not separate and independent entities, but like links in a chain, and we could not by any means be what we are without those who went before us and showed us the way.
