Hi guys i found this a couple of days ago in israel and i want to identified it.

Unfortunately the picture is too blurry to make a confident ID, but I think, they could be internal casts of crinoid columnal (stem) fragments.
Other (clearer) pictures might strengthen or not my thought.

I agree that from that pic it looks cornoidial (lol is that a word?) but if it really is spiraled and not segmented it could be Archimedes (a type of bryozoan).
