Fish or plant?

Hello all

Again found this in pit 4 area Braidwood sportsmen club to be exact,lots of ferns on it 

do you think this could be fish? It's about only 5/8 of an inch.

I'm just seeing plant stuff here, Allen. 

No fish.

Wow was looking again Tim I will circle wishful thinking almost looks like crayfish below what do you think?

I see the suggestive shape, but that is all it is.

The specimen in question could be something similar to Sphenophyllum .

With the overwhelming amount of terrestrial  plant material on your rock I'd find it remarkable if there were a fish, or even a  crayfish, on it.  It wouldn't be impossible, but highly unlikely.  Or super rare.    

Nice pecopteris fossil, though. :)
