Macrophyseter
It seems to be an ordinary rock to me with that angle. Try posting different angles, maybe that could give more details. If you're a fossil nut from Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, or Torrance, feel free to shoot me a PM!
fossilized6s
I see a thin film of Calcite mineral staining a weathered iron concretion type rock that has split many moons ago, with a chunk of it's "face" chipped off (probably due to weathering). It appears to be laying on a leather lookalike vinyl that has been poorly sewn with a US quarter for scale. Unfortunately no fossils are present. ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG
