Yvie
I had the opportunity to visit this magnificent museum, set in a 19th century villa. The travelling display from 8th April 2017 to 15th October is called Fliegende Juwelen (Flying Jewels).Robert Jakob and Marcus Klein from Munich have put to together in pairs minerals and some fossils with butterflies, moths and insects of the same texture and colours. It is truly spectacular. The villa also on another floor has worked minerals and yet another with examples of worldwide minerals and a few fossils. Yvie
@Darktooth Thank you, unfortunately the pictures do not really do it justice. We had to fly back home,so there was little time to see it all.It is a travelling display, hopefully it will go to NY.
