Horse teeth

I'm fairly sure these are horse teeth (except the first, I've thought about zebra and camel as well) and was curious if anyone could help me ID them. Thanks!

Oops forgot to mention I found all of these in glacial gravel from around southeast Nebraska.

All appear to be bovid (bison, cow) except for the second tooth which is a horse upper.
