JBMugu Posted May 22, 2017 Share Posted May 22, 2017 I have not been to Jalama specifically but I have been to areas close to the spills and there is not any more oil residue than is normally present on the beaches. That being said I was at Jalama before the latest spills and the beach was covered in tar balls (natural), it depends mostly on if it has been windy and blown a bunch of tar onto the beach.
