hxmendoza
Went digging for a couple days at a microsite up in the Lance Formation of Wyoming. Along with the usual many Triceratops and Edmontosaurus spitter teeth, I found a Nanotyrannus tooth, a perfectly rooted Leptoceratops gracilis tooth, a neat Nodosaur tooth (Denversaurus?), and a nice big Triceratops crown. The find I wanted to share is the Leptoceratops tooth. Before prep and then post prep: Leptoceratops gracilis Tooth Late Cretaceous Lance Formation Niobrara County, WY USA

Tyrannosaurus rex Middle right dentary tooth 3 1/8 inches. Late Cretaceous Hell Creek Formation Butte County, South Dakota USA I think this is one of the nicest T. rex teeth I've ever seen. This should be the tooth that is always shown when we start having those discussions about identifying a T. rex tooth versus Nanotyrannus. There is no mistaking what this is!

hxmendoza
Been a while since I’ve posted. I’m rarely ever on here anymore. Nevertheless, I wanted to share a very recent reaquisition. I found this juvenile Allosaurus fragilis hand claw in Summer of 2000. Third photo is of the claw after cleaning. Fourth picture is of my son and I right after digging it out. Parted with it reluctantly due to a financial emergency several years ago, and was finally able to get it back into my collection on Election Day. It has obvious sentimental value for me because my son and I excavated it.
