As Tim mentioned, you definitely have an orthoconic nautiloid - they seem to be the most commonly-found fossil (at least by me and my daughter!) in the Toronto area. In case you were wondering, the rocks in our area are from the Georgian Bay Formation, Upper Ordovician period (about 450 million years old). By the way, I think I can see evidence of the siphuncle in your specimen - see inside the blue rectangle in your image below: (My favourite specimens are the ones in which the siphuncle is visible, so I think yours is great!)
