your crystals will be hard to ID from photos. One thing that will help is to determine the hardness on the mohs scale. https://www.nps.gov/articles/mohs-hardness-scale.htm The top image does look like selenite but that's a wild guess. You stone has some shells in but would be hard to identify.

Your crystals look a bit like calcite to me. The more fossiliferous picture seems to depict a marine environment, but I'll let the Tx folks weigh in

I would say that the colorless crystals are, indeed, selenite (crystal form of gypsum) as JohnBrewer suggests. Selenite is fairly abundant in the area around the Crystal Canyon Natural Area   The yellowish crystals are likely calcite and the fossiliferous pieces you have are definitely Cretaceous sea-floor material all jumbled together.
