It is real, but I need identifying.

 

This fossil looks like a psittacosaurus with a shell:P

Sorry, but the turtle doesn't look real to me. :unsure:

That's a fake turtle, however I can see where your coming from with the psittacosaurus, with the squarish head and the beak. Remember, currently it is illegal for vertebrate fossils to be exported from china and Mongolia, so the only real ones are from before the ban or are smuggled in. They are getting better and better at faking fossils though, so caution must be exercised when buying.

Who attested to originality? The seller? This is an ancient technique of Chinese forgery. In this case, a mold was taken from a true Psephochelys (Psephochelys polyosteoderma) fossil, and then, with the rock powder from the very rock where the fossil is usually discovered, they make the copy. This copy looks beautiful, but it is not the original fossil of a Psephochelys.

Compare with an original fossil of this species:
