abyssunder
I'm wondering why was it cut. Can we have high resolution images of the ends revealing the schreger lines? Seguidora-de-Isis
The schreger lines are very important for there to be an identification of authenticity in a Mammoth tusk. So, photos of the ends are really necessary for identification. As an example, I'm sending the photo of a mammoth prey that belongs to my collection, where the schreger lines are revealed. Hugs! Is It real, or it's not real, that's the question!
Tomyka
Are those lines visible at theese photos? And how much this tusk may cost?
Al Dente
The preservation looks similar to tusks from Siberia. Nice Schreger lines.
Seguidora-de-Isis
The Schreger lines are quite visible. Congratulations, your mammoth prey is truly authentic and has all the features I would expect to enjoy on a mammoth tusk that has come from Siberia! Valuations or appraisals are not published on The Fossil Forum. Is It real, or it's not real, that's the question!
