Petrified fruit? ...and if it is how do I determine it's age and what exactly it is? Though I have not weighed it it does appear to be significantly lighter than normal stones it's size.

Appreciate any help I can get

Thanks

It is a femoral head from a deer or cow or other similar sized animal. Do a search for femoral head and you will see several examples.
