It doesnt look like a fossil to me!!! :(

Where did you find it, what location? We need to know that to give you an ID.

 

But from those pictures, I agree with @Ramon : no fossil, just a concretion...

Unfortunately, this looks like a weathered piece of limestone, to me. :unsure: 

I don't think you have a fossil there.

Not seeing a fossil either, but it is a cool shaped rock.

Virtually all limestone is some degree away from being incorporated in a biologically derived structure. Geologically speaking this may be closer than average.
