baccalynnwv
I found this walking, stuck in a dirt road right next to the Birch River in Nicholas County West Virginia. Just curious what others think it could be. I thought maybe it was just a strange mineral deposit. Sorry about the wonky tags for this post. This requirement is way beyond my knowledge in the area of fossils - which is nothing.
abyssunder
Welcome to the Forum! What you have there is not a fossil, unfortunately, but a nice sedimentary structure with iron content, comparable to the ones shown below: " We are not separate and independent entities, but like links in a chain, and we could not by any means be what we are without those who went before us and showed us the way.
