Looks like calcite. Perhaps say more about where this was found?

It is a septarian nodule/concretion

That one might polish up nicely.

Welcome to The Fossil Forum!  I agree with Kane...it looks a lot like calcite in some sort of shale concretion.  We find those a lot in some areas here in Texas.  It is very pretty!

That is a pretty septarian nodule. As Fossildude19 said, they can clean up nicely. Here is one I found in North Texas.
