What is the size of this trilobite?

I have a couple issues with this specimen. First off the matrix has a

"Marble " like appearence. Which is the wrong type of matrix for fossils. Secondly the two tone trilo, looks like an attempt at a fabrication that stopped half way through.

I will not that I am by no means an expert. I am only going by what I see in you pic. I could very well be wrong.

The two colors is not an issue. Its very common. No locality info, it came in a lot of hundreds of pieces several years ago and I couldn't take notes on all of them in my field notebook. And it was not dug per me or my co-workers. Dimensions: see scale in attachment The "marble" kind of matrix is also usual.

@piranha, researching during days I thought of Prionocheilus sp. As I am not used to them, I had not sure at all.

Per your experience, where could this one came from?

Thanks a lot for your help

Probably it came from Lower Ktaoua as many others then. Not sure. Anyway a good rare specimen. We don't see it every day.

Is there a way to change the post tags a posteriori to add "Prionocheilus" and "Ordovician"?

Thank you
