I bet you will not believe me but I when to McDonald's to get an ice cream cone and when I was walking back to the car I looked in a  rock bed that they had brought in for decoration. And I picked these three up. "Gryphaeas" Possibly Texigryphaea. Pretty common in Cretaceous strata of Texas and surrounding states, Common in river gravels as well and those are often the source of cheap decorative gravel.

Difficult to tell given the lighting conditions. Perhaps retake these photos in full daylight. 

 

If the material has been trucked in, it might be local. Although there is no guarantee of that, it is a good first working assumption to direct your research.

 

Your first step is to identify the geology of your region and search through available resources that describe various brachiopods and pelecypods.
