Please help identify. Hoofprints?

Please help identify this fossil. There are 2 what appear to be hoof prints along with some shells. They were found in a river bed near Akron, Ohio. I'm sorry for the vagueness, but I am new to the fossil world. IMG_3957.thumb.JPG.089cb336754a20d5fbd831975612b4c4.JPG

Welcome to the Forum. :)

These are brachiopods
Possibly  Spiriferids, or  Rhynchonellids.

They are bivalved creatures, similar to clams.

EDIT: The "hoof prints" are actually cross sections through larger brachiopods.
