Strange find

I've just returned from a trip to runswick bay in Yorkshire England.

here is one of my finds, it's really smooth on the outside. Maybe someone knows what it is.

It's part of a pyrite coated limestone concretion, probably from the Mulgrave Shale Member (formerly "Jet Rock").
