Hi,

I am in Utah on vacation and my friends wife wants to find a plant fossil. I bought a guide book but the location in the book was unproductive. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You don't say where in Utah you are at, but there are a number of plant  sites listed on this website.

I live in Salt Lake City and I find the most in the mountains like Big Cottonwood that's were my cabin is and were I found reefs.
