Welcome to TFF!

Nice finds.

The most basic method to clean is a (tooth) brush and some soap or toothpaste and water.

Sometimes a dilute vinegar to remove some calcium crusting will work.

You can also use dental picks or pins to pick the matrix off. Be careful and go slow..

Regards,

Tony

You have done pretty well!

So may I ask where you found these and how?  (East Coast/West Coast/Diving/beach combing/ spoil piles)

Those look like dive teeth.  I'm guessing Venice.  If not, no pressure to give up your secret spot.  Great job.  Those are some good finds. You can pick up cheap dental picks at hobby stores for around $10.  Those are good for taking off barnacle scars.  Dilute vinegar is okay if the enamel is worn, but never, ever, never ever ever use chemicals on very high quality teeth. Its not worth it.

Welcome aboard, thanks for sharing, and I look forward to more pics.

Luck is the most important skill of a fossil diver.
