Just saw this for 400 on our favorite auction site as 100% authentic.

One can clearly see its plaster and you can see the work marks..

...I'm back.

Well you can color me impressed. Only $400 for something that authentic? Add to shopping cart. This is the best day ever.

I saw it and it has only one nose hole and even mosasaur teeth, one RARE specimen

Life started in the ocean. And so did my interest in fossils;).

I saw this on eBay. going for $500+ Canadian. I would love a peptosaur! (of the Pepto-Bismol family of dinosaurs). but this seller looks to be legit?? why would he be selling this??

The hole at the end of the snout is actually a bottle opener, the "nostrils" are on the top of the skull (so it can breathe while submerged).

Only 500CAD? and you don't own it yet? tsk tsk, you missed out!

I have a group of summer camp kids that could probably make something along those lines :P

Little Known Fact: This species of mosasaur is always invited to parties because none of the others can open their sodas, but he's pretty awkward and is avoided at all other social outings.

I'm having some ideas here ... For those who smoke a lot, this could be a great gift idea! :hearty-laugh:

This is so ugly ... This is so horrible that it will discourage smoking ... :D

Is It real, or it's not real, that's the question!

Hi,

:hearty-laugh:

A good pic for an anti-smoking campaign. Look in which state at the abuse of cigarettes puts us ! I did well to stop 13 years ago !

A one-noseholed plaster croc skull with mosasaur teeth. :hearty-laugh: At least the teeth are real. I also feel bad for whoever would win that scam.

If you're a fossil nut from Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, or Torrance, feel free to shoot me a PM!
