Someone told me to do the tongue test to see if there is suction, There was a very noticeable suction very strong suction

The "tongue test" only tells You if the piece is porous, not whether it is a fossil or not.

The piece You have does not look like a fossil.

It looks like limestone and may have some shell bits in it.

 

Where was it found and how big is it?

Looks like a porous limestone, the pores are probably from dissolving by water (acidic water of course)

Can You be a little more specific on the location?

Nearby city, county and state.

By "Where was it found?" ,  we usually mean country, state or province, county, city.

It isn't always evident where the fossil or rock was found. It could have been found while on vacation, travelling for work, etc.

I think now we can probably rule out fossil for certain.
