Sorry your bone isn't bone that's actually feldspar a type of rock. Looks can be deceiving!

Your welcome. This is a common mistake with this specific type of rock. I thought I found petrified wood when I discovered deposits of this in Georgia.

Sorry, but I do not see feldspar here. Does not have the cleavage planes of a feldspar.

I do not see any evidence of cleavage planes.

This looks more like a chert type of rock.
