izak_
Thats man-made. Some kind of concrete or a brick or something.
Fossildude19
This doesn't look man made, to me. I think this is geologic rather than a fossil, though. The imprint looks like a pebble was loosened/ cell out of it... Maybe some sort of conglomerate? izak_
Hmm, thats interesting. The broken part (on the first picture) looks exactly like broken bricks laying around our house. I am convinced it is un-natural. Maybe someone used it as a cement on conglomerate rocks, or a course gravel, or maybe put gravel on the cement for aesthetics. If it was a conglomerate rock, one would think there would be evidence of larger pebbles still in the rock. Not a great example, but still shows the similarities: Hope this helps

Bozark
It could either be a conglomerate or a brick- composition of both varies tremendously on the formative process. If you could tell us where it was found we could be more certain- if there's no formation with red sandstones then natural conglomerate is right out. I'm already leaning man made brick though

izak_
You need to be way more specific. What was the nearest town? were there any rocks around it? was there more of these rocks?
