Wishful thinking?

I was looking over a metaxytherium vertabrae I bought, and I saw this line. I've heard of shark bite marks on these type of things before, could this be one? If more pictures are needed let me know!

Note: I don't know which subforum this goes on, I put it on questions and answers.

It's this line, in case you can't see it. I thought it was probably not, but it's always worth a second opinion (especially when mines so uninformed).
